Alegranza Luxury Resort has taken a step ahead in implementing control & social distancing regulations, strict sanitization, enhanced hygiene measures, and cleanliness, and is following WHO recommendations, not only in the units but in any other amenity at the resort.Alegranza has a very well trained and with more than 10 years’ experience cleaning Service team of 7 staff members, with the highest hotel standards protocol established and enforced with 1 supervisor.General areas are cleaned once a day, elevators 3 times a day, Gym 2 times a day.Hand sanitizers are available in all common areas, reception, entrance gate, Gym, Tennis court, RestaurantThe staff very detailed guidelines, which includes among others, mandatory use of face cover all the time while on jobsite, sanitization of hands upon premises entry, safe distance to clients and among co-workers.All protocols have been up-dated and strongly enhanced to ensure staying COVID19 free inside our premises.
