There is so much to say about the Azul resort. First we were here for our daughter’s wedding and I have to say they crushed it. Everything went off without a hitch and it was a great time by all. The Beach/Ocean is the show stopper. You can’t get a better view simply amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. Secondly the staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful. They all work a ton of hours and you will see them in multiple roles around the resort. I can’t say enough about how hard they work. Third the spa was incredible Veronica gave me an amazing massage and I am quite picky and she crushed it and you could tell how much she loves her job. I also want to recognize KK at the reception area to the palms. What a great person she is always smiling and so friendly. Lastly I will say the infrastructure needs some work. Seems to be a water issues where there wouldn’t be water for a little bit and things like the mini frig didn’t keep things cold. I want to be honest on the “negative” items but I will tell you it didn’t put a damper in my vacation at all. We are very happy with our stay and would come again for sure. Thank you Jamaica for having us.

Beautiful beach, nicest water I’ve seen. Very friendly staff. Our room was great (we were in one of the newer buildings). The Italian and Asian restaurants were both very good; decent amount of vegan options.
